Learning how to use a cream charger is essential for developing its charm. We can divide it into the following five steps.
Step 1, prepare the materials and accessories.
A cream dispenser, cream charger, fresh cream, and optional flavors or sweeteners to add extra deliciousness.
Step 2, assemble the cream charger and cream dispenser.
Firstly, unscrew the head of the whipped cream dispenser to expose the jar. Take the birth cream charger and insert it into the charger bracket in the dispenser. Make sure it fits snugly. Then, tighten the head of the distributor back onto the tank to ensure a secure seal.
Step 3, load the cream into the dispenser.
Pour the cream into the jar and leave some space at the top to accommodate the expansion during the mixing process. If necessary, this is also a step you can add spices or sweeteners to enhance the flavor of whipped cream. However, be careful not to exceed the maximum fill line indicated on the distributor to avoid any overflow issues.
Step 4, charge the distributor.
Hold the dispenser with one hand and firmly connect the whipped cream charger bracket to the charger. After fixing, forcefully twist the charger until a hissing sound is heard, indicating that gas is being released into the tank. Wait for a period of time for the gas to completely dissolve in the cream.
Step 5, shake and divide to produce butter
After charging the distributor, close it by tightening the lever or cover. Shake the dispenser vigorously for a few seconds, allowing nitrous oxide gas to mix with the cream to form whipped cream. Then, invert the distributor and point the nozzle in the desired direction. To distribute delicious whipped cream, gradually press the lever or trigger and adjust the speed and angle according to your preferences.
